About Laura Frenkel

Hello! I'm Laura Frenkel, a commercial real estate agent with Resolute Real Estate. I am also a real estate investor, owning several rental properties. I have been in commercial real estate since 2012. In that time, I have helped hundreds of business owners and real estate investors to purchase and lease all types of commercial spaces: retail, office, and industrial.

I am blessed to have worked with so many amazing business owners and real estate investors in the Denver & Boulder area. Helping my clients to grow their wealth through real estate transactions brings me immense joy and I am grateful for every opportunity to do so.

Over my extensive career, I have experienced the many highs and lows of real estate ownership. While it can be very profitable, there are also many risks, from vacancy loss to extensive repair and improvement costs. Having a wealth of experience and expertise allows me to better guide my clients and ensure that their real estate investments are creating the highest returns possible.

My super power is my ability to stay calm and find solutions in complicated transactions. My goal is to make the process less stressful for my clients and get deals done.

Beyond my real estate career, I am a wife, mother, and Colorado native. I love spending time with my family especially outdoors: hiking, snowboarding, or drinking local beer on a patio. I also love travel, music, amusement parks, and great restaurants (you can see some of my favorites @eateryinsights_denver). Items on my bucket list include visiting every National Park and Disney Park.
